Other things to note
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, and only registered guests are allowed to stay in the villa. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Security will ensure that house rules are respected. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to cover deep cleaning costs. If there are unregistered guests, there will be an extra charge of USD 100 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed. No exceptions to this rule. Please Note: Construction in the Area Due to the growing popularity of Bingin, there is ongoing development in the area. While our Villa Las Casas #7 and #8 are tucked away in a private and secluded setting, some daytime construction noise may be heard.
